looking for F'(lacZdeltaM15) without lacI

Does anyone have a strain harboring an F' plasmid with the
lacZdeltaM15 gene but WITHOUT the lacI gene? A plasmid that totally
lacks the lacI gene sequence would be the most useful to me; also, if
the plasmid expressed tetracycline or ampicillin resistance, that
would be ideal! (I can't use proAB to maintain the plasmid.)
Any leads or sources would be very helpful and appreciated.
Sincerely, Greg Stuart :)
