After reading 3 different answers, all of them correct but nevertheless
different, I would like to express another point of view:

For almost every purpose use 12M and you will have good results.

BUT if you want to make QUANTITATIVE analysis, (titrations for instance),
dont forget that you must determine the exact titer of the HCl solution by
titrating with a primary standard. The method can be found in almost every
simple analytical chemistry book.
