tyrosine kinase assay

I would like to learn about methods for measuring autophosphorylation of
various receptor tyrosine kinases. I am especially interested in methods
which would be suitable for drug screening, but all responses are welcome.
I am already familiar with protocols which measure phosphate incorporation
into substrates such as poly[glu,tyr].
