Molecular biologists are currently being sought by The Science Advisory
Board to participate in two ongoing studies. In particular, North
American researchers experienced in gene expression, cloning, and/or
expression of protein products are needed to lend their insights to a
project entitled, "Products And Technologies For Gene Expression".
European researchers who routinely purify DNA from gels, PCR reactions,
dye terminator sequencing reactions, labeling reactions or other
enzymatic reactions are encouraged to participate in a survey entitled,
"DNA Purification: Applications & Methods". The results of these, and
other, studies conducted by The Science Advisory Board will be used to
better understand the strengths and limitations of methods currently in
use, so that more effective procedures can be developed.

In order to participate in these and future studies, it is first
necessary to complete the registration form which can be found at
http://www.scienceboard.net. Registrants with appropriate backgrounds
will be notified shortly thereafter. All responses are held in strict
confidence, and participants will be compensated for their time.
