plant protoplast isolation

I was hoping to get some information on how to isolate protoplasts from a 
plant other than tobacco. Specifically the plant is Chenododium capitiatum. I 
am attempting to isolate these protoplasts in order to infect them viral RNA. 
If someone could send me a protocol or direct me to a good source of these 
types of protocols I would appreciate it.
