Endogenous galactosidase in the chick embryo

Hello. We are using LacZ as a reporter gene in the chick embryo. Dose
anybody know of  a presence of endogenous galactosidase or any other
enzyme the may react with the LacZ staining procedure, which will result
in non-specific staining.
