NEB are the producer of Nla II from their proprietary patented clone. I
would think that the Sigma and Amersham produc is native enzyme and
therefore way more expensive as the strain produces 4 RE's and this
means extra purification etc.
The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get
sliced from time to time....
