The Methods in Enzymology references are Meth. Enzymol. vol. 118
(1986) (Plant Molecular Biology) and Meth Enzymol vol. 182, 174-193
(1990) (Protein Purification). The latter article has a typo:
Percoll gradients are made with 1.2 vol 40% and 1.0 vol 80% Percoll
mixes. Several articles in vol 118 discuss preparation of pure
chloroplast DNA.
