FLAG affinity columns

Hi all,

I'd like to solicit opinions from people who have used anti-FLAG affinity
gels to purify FLAG-tagged proteins. I've used a M2 gel from IBI but I am
not happy with the performance of the M2 or M5 antibodies. I know that
SantaCruz biotech has a good polyclonal anti-FLAG antibody and have had
fairly good results with this on blots and immunoflourescence. Does
anyone know if they have this coupled to a gel, and, if so, is it a good
affinity reagent?
