Clontech GFP polyclonal antibody

I'd like to know anyone has tried Clontech GFP polyclonal antibody in 
Westernblot for GFP fusion protein by Quantum's vector-pQB125.

In my own hands, I used 1:1000 dilution of Clontech's antibody and 
couldn't detect any. (Expression confirmed by Fluorescent microscope 
before lysis of cells).

Could that be because of the difference of mutation Clontech's GFP from 
Quantum's GFP, or elso.

By the way, the expression control using a fusion protein with myc tag 
worked great.
