Competent MC1061/P3 are sold by Clontech (800-662-CLON; 
<http://www.clontech.com>) and by Invitrogen (800-955-6288; 
<http://www.invitrogen.com>), and probably by other companies as well. 

I see that Clontech has a German subsidiary, which you might find more
