Hey, is there anyone who had the experience of separating eosinophil from peripheral blood? We tried MACs tenique using anti-CD16 magnetic beads. But the purity is always much lower than that in paper. Anyone has a practical protocol to recommend? Thanks a lot! JP Zhang
