bulk segregant analysis

hi there

how about performing bulk segregant analysis with the following plant
material

-	offspring of different crosses between
pistill parent (homozygous recessive for the gene in question) and
pollinator (heterozygous for the relevant gene)

-	the segregation ration of the offspring is 1:1
