Q: Chemiluminescence and enhancers - prediction from structure?

Hi all,

Are there unique features that make a compound chemiluminescent or make it
an enhancer? In other words: Is it possible to predict chemiluminescence and
enhancing by looking at the structure? What will make a substance a quencher?
