Good results depend on what you are after. Good overall polymerase for PCR
cloning is Pwo, for SD mutagenesis - Pfu, for random mutagenesis and 3'
mismatch testing - Taq. Some applications like >10 kb amplifications
require mixes. If you can give some specifics of the intended PCR we might
be able to narrow down the spectrum.
