NaCl and culture medium

Hi Ruben,

I don't know about NaCl affecting expression, but there are (at least) 2
recipes for LB media. One (in Maniatis I think) uses 10g/L NaCl, and the
other (from a Promega protocol for a phage library kit) uses 5g/L. I've
never found anything that says what the difference is, but I tend to go
for the lower salt concentration, as I think it has to be less stressful
for the bugs.
