Trypsin Mapping

I am performing a trypsin mapping experiment and a portion of the protocol
calls for making microsomal membranes.  Problem: non-specific degradation
products in the (-) trypsin samples due to the fact that I am not using
protease inhibitors in the preparatory buffers (with the exception of
EGTA).  Does anyone know of any general protease inhibitors or cocktails
which do not inhibit trypsin?  Of course I keep all steps cold, and time
to a minimum.
