In situ hybridization methods

We are looking for high-specificity, high-sensitivity protocols for
in situ hybridization of low abundance transcription factor for analysis
in frozen sections or paraffin.  Can anyone share with us their
experience. We are leaning to 33P-labeled probes but has 
anyone compared to the new kit from NEN (TSA Kit) using biotin-
tyramide??
