can anyone tell me the exact length of the ribosomal RNA's in basepairs,
particularly of 16S, 23S, 18S and 28S rRNA, or where I can find information=
about it.

Hi Anja
Although the # of bases differs depending on species, the BIO 101 =
Catalog/Reference Manual states:
16S rRNA - 1541 bases
23S rRNA - 2904 bases
mouse 18S - 1869 bases
mouse 28S - 4712 bases
human 18S - 1868 bases
human 28S - 5025 bases
