DNA Detection Limits

I need to document the minimum levels of detection for DNA (both ssDNA and
dsDNA) in various detection systems.  Could you forward references for the
following?  DNA in:
	 	agarose gels stained with ethidium bromide viewed with instant film
	 	agarose gels stained with ethidium bromide viewed with CCD camera
	 	Southern transfer probed with 32P-labeled probe on membrane
		ABI 373/377 with fluorescent labels produced by ABI
		Pharmacia ALF with Cy 5.0 fluorescent label produced by AmershamPharmacia
		polyacrylamide stained with silver
Ideally the units of measure would be moles.
