Looking for free restriction site analysis software

Yeas, there is plenty. 

WWW-tacg, web cutter and others. Depends on what you want to do with 
the digests. Have a look into the archive of the methods group, there 
were some announcements of other non_web_based software. 
You also might try the demo version of winplas (you may digest your 
sequence but you can't save the data).
