Working with the Beckman P/ACE CE system (we are new to this technique altogether), in a recent run it was found that peaks appeared inversed (i.e. , negative)! This was with a SDS gel filled capillary (57 cm) that was newly installed. Any explanation ? please e-mail your response to pmcg at boseinst.ernet.in
