As far as gas added to acrylamide to inhibit polymerizaton, I recently =
had a problem with Fisher pre-made 40% 19:1. It would not polymerize, =
but I was not degasing. I was filtering through a syringe filter. The =
same solution worked at my old job, but we were making a 6% mix in bulk =
and filtering with vacuum. The filtering automatically degassed the =
mix. Maybe the problem is solved. I have an experiment to run.......
