Large scale purification of ssDNA from contaminants

Dear all:

        I am looking for a method to purify ssDNA (250 ug)  from
contaminants (ssDNA from M13K07 DNA and minor amounts of duplex DNA) after
separation on agarose gel. I am planning to use electroelution or geneclean
purification but I am not sure if I will get good quality and recovery. Any
comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated !
