digitonin stock solution

Hi,

I presume you are having difficulties dissolving the digitonin?
Dissolving 1% digitonin in TBS (without the EDTA) works fine in a microwave 
or you can warm it in a waterbath to 37 deg. (takes ages and doesn't give 
better results in my hands, though).
