Dear all, I have a pYES2 vector and I would like to cut the vector with blunt end. I choose a enzyme called PVUII that would cut the plasmid at 389. However, I have seen two bands about at 2.8k and 3.1k after digestion and gel electrophoresis. I don't know what is the problem. Please give me some idea. Thank you very much!!! Terry
