Method for ensuring surgical instruments are RNase-free

Hi
I am looking for methods for preparing surgical instruments to ensure that
they are free of DNA, RNA, DNases & RNases.
I am wanting to use the same set of instruments to collect a number of
tissue samples from a number of animals on the same day, so a quick & easy
method would suit me best.
Any suggestions?
