MacPlasmap/CloneMap Website

Here's the Macplasmap website.  You can download a Zipped demo version.  The 
nice thing about this program is that it's sequence based so any features that 
you move around stay attached to the location in the sequence. Just open the 
pBLSPT demo and play around with moving things and I think you'll be impressed.

 The PC version is called CloneMap.  They seem to work the same.  Not too 
expensive for the software either.  About $300 for the basic program.
