an alternative to KW251 bacterial strain?

We are planning to scrren a genomic library that was buried in our cold room=
=2E
I would like to know if it is really important to use KW251 bacterial
strain to propagate EMBL-T7-SP6 vector.

Can I use XL1-MRA instead? or another common strain?

KW251 phenotype: supE44, galK2, galT22, metB1, hsd R2, mcrB1, mcrA, (arg
A81::Tn10), recD1014
