polyT primer for PCR

                                 Hello!

Does anybody have experience in using

polyT primers for PCR?

What Tm should I use, what are cycling conditions?


polyT:  5' TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTC 3'

there are 23 dT and at the 3' end C, G or A

for this primer, Tm = 54,6
