mobility vs. charge:mass ratio?

  Does there exist a chart giving a rough idea of how the native-gel
mobility of something (ie a protein:DNA complex) varies with respect to the
charge:mass ratio and acrylamide concentration (and % crosslinking)?  I'm
looking for the biggest change in mobility I can get with the least change
in oligo length.
