I am having trouble getting consistant results using a 48 well boyden chamber. It seems as though there bubbles forming in the lower chamber after incubation (app. 5.5h), even though there are none present when I put the membrane down. If anyone knows how to remedy this or a good technique paper, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Charlie
