Dear Netters, Does anyone know if the frequency of obtaining stables by non-homologous recombination can be increased? For example, would synchronizing the cells help? We are working with LTK mouse fibroblasts and using Gibco/BRL lipofectamine to transfect. Regards. Paul Gold
