Hi,guys! Anyone has experience in cloning cells? I have a leukemia cell line which will partly deffrentiate into(maximum 30%)mature eosinophils.I want to get some protein from pure mature eosinophils.Can the deffrentiated part be subcloned or is there another method to divide the deffrentiated and undeffrentiated cells?
