S1 RNA Analysis

Hello there,
	I'm looking for a decent protocol of S1 RNA 3' end mapping. I have
the one of Maniatis, of course, but it is quite old. Has anyone here
experience with this method? I'd like to digest DNA/RNA ss in DNA/RNA
hybrids. The 32-P cDNA used for hybridisation should be ds.
