Hi everyone I want to purify CD3, CD14 and CD19 cells from human blood. I need good purity (more than 90%). I will have a lot of samples. Does anybody know about a good system? I know dynabeads from dynal but someone told me that purity was only 80%, is it true? Thanks in advance Sylvie
