Double insert ligation

Hi,

Blunt ends should be fine if everything else is sticky.  If you don't
dephosphorylate the blunt ends it should work fine.

I would suggest however that you titrate the amounts of inserts (wrt
each other) in the ligation, keeping vector constant.  Makes for a big
expt but should work ;-)
