Lambda zap V lambda dash

Lambda ZAP is an insertion vector and not well suited to building genomic
libraries.  Lambda DASH is a replacement vector that can take inserts up
to 23 kb.  It should be dandy for a genome of 30 megabases, scarcely a
challenge.
