Que] about Conjugation?

[Hyunmin Kim]

      I'm going to

      Insert My Plasmid(pUC18 derivatives) into The Host(Gram -,
Moraxella)
      by "Conjugation"

      My Plasmid (pUC18 derivatives) is inside the E.coli (XL1-BlueF')
which has
      an ability for Conjugation.

      But, I have no Information about Conjugation of My Host(Moraxella)


Que>  Is Conjugation Works for Mines ?

      I know it's a kinda silly Quesion.
