CTAB-agarose gel electrophoresis for cationic proteins

Hi everyone,

     Does anyone knows about and have experience in doing agarose (with
0.02% CTAB, a cationic detergent called cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) gel
electrophoresis for cationic proteins, like those of granular proteins from
polymorphonuclear granulocytes? A paper suggested using Pharmacia
IEF-Agarose gel to perform a 2-D Zone electrophoresis. Has anybody done that
before?
