This is potentially a common problem, but I am getting genomic DNA only in my plasmid mini prep (Promega). I couldn't find the FAQ and wonder if anyone has any suggestions about which step might cause this problem. thanks in advance, Shotaro Suzuki ssuzuki at luc.edu
