We need a simple technique for using antisense oligos to suppress gene acivity in a cell (mammilian) line. If anyone has just the basic technique or a good reference please post or email. Can we use normal oligos or must they be synthesized to protect from degradation. Thanks Rick rocket1 at bu.edu
