BIOCHEMICAL TEST FOR Bacillus thuringiensis

Hi!

I am looking for somme help. We are working on isolation 
and molecular characterization of autoctonous Bacillus thuringiensis 
strains. We isolated 20 potential strains (on selective media) but we do 
not know about biochemical tests which we can use for identification of BT. 
Could anyone suggest us any test? 
Is there an identification kit or manual for this pourpose? 
We would appreciate any comment.
