Crude extracts - Quantitative question

I am looking for the following information's/protocols:

Preparation o crude extracts from plants (food) for the quantification
(total) of:
    -    saponins
    -    alkaloids
    -    phytates
    -    oxalates
    -    tannins (polyphenols)
    -    cyanogens.

Preferably by colorimetric/spectrophotometric methods.

Any information on the above will be greatly appreciated.
