Plasmid Recovery From Yeast

I also know of someone having the same problems. He made primers that
flank the insert and PCR amplified it. The unique positives' PCR products
were sequenced directly. Of course, it'd be nice to have the whole
plasmid, but at least he got some information in the meantime.
