I normally mix up a solution of 100 mM CaCl2 with 15% glycerol and filter
sterilize that. I have never tried to filter 100% glycerol. The thought of
trying to force THAT stuff through a membrane makes me go all weak! :-)
If you try it, let me know how it goes!
