Hello. We are designing a protein using a Factor Xa site to introduce a specific amino acid residue at its N-terminus. Does anyone have any information on the effect on Factor Xa cleavage efficiency of different amino acids residues at the IEGR-P1' position? Thanks in advance for any info or help.
