We want to look for proliferation in mouse embryos at d.10.5 to 12.5 pc
using BrdU. Which concentration of BrdU should we use for the in-vivo
labelling and for how long? Which protocol do you recommend for the
detection either on whole mount in-situs or paraffin sections?
