ABI 7700 Sequence Detection System

Hi,

We just had a relatively impressive demo of the ABI 7700 SDS and our
department is considering investing in one. Anyone have experience of
working with it with regards to accuracy/costs/ease of use etc. ? We
have a relatively good semi-quantitative PCR protocol in operation now
and I wondered if it offered any huge advantages ?
