Hi, Protein A reagents which recognize only native IgG (rabbit, mo IgG 2a, mo IgG 2b, mo IgG 3 ?) are often useful as well. Protein A can be bought coupled to various molecules like alkaline phosphatase or horse raddish peroxidase so it can directly replace your secondary antibody. hope this helps
